Hailey is a West Central alumni and holds a degree in Developmental and Family Science with a concentration in Child Development from Purdue University.

She has years of experience in childcare from nannying, daycare, and working alongside children with Autism for three years post-graduation.

She moved back to Francesville with her husband, Brandon, who farms locally. Together they have two children, ages 1 and 3.

She values family, church, and community and is very excited for this opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our most precious population.

Her faith in God guides her leadership and her commitment to caring for each child with compassion, patience, and purpose.
